Appointment Scheduling Has Been Officially Closed
The P&G Corporate Supplier Networking Website is
designed to help facilitate supply chain innovation by connecting
companies through a website networking process.All Supplier Summit Attendees who signed up for the Networking session will be offered the opportunity to schedule 15-minute networking meetings with nine other session attendees. These introductory meetings are designed to allow participants to maximize discovery of possible business opportunities that can be explored further at a later date. Suppliers may choose to network as a single company (by registering only one representative attendee) or as separate individuals (by registering all attendees individually), thus multiplying the number of introductory meetings that can take place during the session.

How To Use This Site Step 1: Click the Signup link at the top of this page and provide the requested information. (Provide Username, Password, Email, indicate if you are a Supplier or P&G Attendee or P&G Buyer, provide Networking Objective, Company Name, Your Name, Your Location and if applicable the P&G Spend Pool. When choosing Company Type, P&G Purchases Attendees should select P&G Attendee unless they have been assigned a special role by their spend pool as a P&G Buyer during the Networking Event.) Step 2: You will receive an email with your username, password and a link to activate your account. Step 3: Click the attached link to return to the website “My Profile“ page. Then, click the Edit Profile tab and enter all other requested profile information. (Please note that providing profile information only allows you to be searched in the database. You will ultimately decide which appointments to offer and accept.Steps 1, 2 & 3 above must be completed before you can participate in the Appointment Scheduling process. Step 4: With your profile complete, you may search for companies of interest and schedule appointments on the website thru October 3rd. Please schedule your appointments early to secure your target appointments at the times you desire.Appointment Scheduling - Networking Process Through the Networking Website, you can request, accept, decline and confirm appointments prior to the event. All participants will have nine (9), fifteen-minute appointment times available the day of the event.Requests Once you have used the website Search function (at the top of the page) to identify a company of interest, click "View Profile" and then click "Request Appointment" to request a 15-minute appointment slot. A comment box is available to send additional details with your request. The person will be sent an email notifying them of the appointment request. Requests can be made by companies that are seeking to be a supplier, companies that are seeking suppliers, and companies that are interested in general linking with other companies.Accept / Decline You can use the Networking Website to accept or decline appointment requests. If you accept a request, an e-mail will be sent to the requesting user to confirm your acceptance and the appointment will be added to your schedule.If you decline a request, an e-mail will be sent to the requesting user stating the denial. You can use the Comment Box to explain why or to offer an alternative appointment time slot. (Note: A new request must be submitted).Cancel You can cancel appointments by reviewing your "My Appointments" page and clicking "Cancel" next to a scheduled appointment. The appointment will be removed from your schedule and an email will be sent to the person you cancelled notifying them of the cancellation.Reviewing Your Schedule You will have the ability to review your current schedule of appointments on the Networking Website. In addition, you will be able to print your current schedule of appointments. Table assignments will be provided at the Summit.Website Questions?
